Founder and CEO of Fingrow Consulting Group, Oksana Yarema, has been nominated to receive the Ring of the Centenary of Independence of the Republic of Poland, awarded by the National Security Support Association. The award will be presented during the gala of the 2nd Business Security Congress, commemorating the 100th anniversary of Poland regaining independence.
The 2nd Business Security Congress will be held on March 27–28 in Raszyn-Falenty near Warsaw. The aim of the Congress is to exchange experiences on ensuring physical, organizational, technological, personnel, and legal security. The organizers want to help entrepreneurs assess the state of security within their companies, present solutions to improve the protection of people, property, and business processes, and increase their efficiency.
Oksana Yarema is among an honorable group of distinguished individuals, including Adam Abramowicz (SME Ombudsman), Prof. Elżbieta Mączyńska (President of the Polish Economic Society), Tadeusz Donocik (Vice President of the Polish Chamber of Commerce), and Lady Blanka Rosenstiel (founder of the American Institute of Polish Culture, which promotes Poland and Poles in the United States). She will be awarded the Polish Independence Centennial Ring as the first foreign woman to conduct business in Poland.
The founder of Fingrow Consulting Group has been contributing to the development of the Polish economy for over 20 years, placing particular emphasis on business restructuring and supporting the small and medium-sized enterprise sector. She engages people with disabilities, raising employers’ awareness of the benefits this brings both to the company and to disadvantaged individuals. She assists investors, struggling companies, and foreigners establishing their lives in Poland.
The Polish Independence Centennial Ring is a project implemented as part of the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of Poland regaining its independence. It was created at the initiative of the National Security Support Association, which aims to honor individuals who have made significant contributions to national security and to the public good, economic development, and Poland’s image. It is an expression of respect and gratitude, and a symbol of recognition for their patriotic stance.
