The petition’s authors point out that people with disabilities in Poland still face significant challenges in finding employment, especially compared to other European Union countries – in Sweden, Finland, and Austria, over 60% of people with disabilities work.

The demands submitted to the Prime Minister include numerous specific proposals for changes to the system for professional activation of people with disabilities. One of the frequently mentioned issues is the elimination of the disability pension trap.
