Due to the exceptional circumstances facing businesses due to the coronavirus epidemic, PFRON (State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons) is offering deferrals of mandatory payments or installment plans. This offer is aimed at businesses experiencing financial difficulties and unable to pay their debts on time.
To take advantage of this option, submit an application, which should include the following information:
- first and last name or full company name,
- address details (place of residence or stay, registered office, or place of business),
- tax identification number (NIP or PESEL),
- city and date of application preparation,
- request for deferral or installment plan for arrears of PFRON payments, indicating the period of the arrears,
- justification:
reasons for the debt,
reasons for the inability to settle the arrears in one lump sum,
proposed repayment terms (number or amount of installments, installment due date),
- signature with stamp
Deferral or installment plan can apply to both current and future arrears.
