The system simplifies the recruitment process, enables participation in training sessions, and provides employers with insight into the performance of their employees. In this way, we become a link between people with disabilities and entrepreneurs.

The next step in our collaboration with people with disabilities and entrepreneurs is the creation of a modern online recruitment system. This is our internal system, to which we provide access to job candidates, existing employees, and our clients. The platform simplifies the application process for those seeking employment with disabilities – candidates can fill out a form through the system, entering their personal information, and attaching their CV and other documents.
The platform has been adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, including the blind; the system works with screen reader programs that read screen content to the blind. The platform significantly simplifies job application for people with disabilities. During the recruitment process, candidates can submit required questionnaires and certificates through the system. Each employee receives a personalized profile, where they can find all the information about the assigned task, deadlines, instructions, and so on.
The system is also a huge convenience for employers – the recruitment and hiring process for people with disabilities has been automated and simplified. Thanks to the platform, employers have real-time insight into their employees’ performance. Within the platform, they receive a complete employee file (a folder containing all questionnaires, certificates, tests, etc.). The entire hiring process is automated, minimizing the employer’s involvement.
After recruiting and hiring employees, Fingrow Consulting Group experts provide outsourcing services – we mediate in task delegation and provide substantive and organizational support to both the employee and the employer. Task delegation and settlement are also carried out via the platform.
