Employers must submit settlement documents to the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON) for 2017 by January 22nd.
Theoretically, the mandatory deadline for submitting settlements to PFRON and the relevant voivode is January 20th, but since that day falls on a Saturday, the documents can be submitted as early as Monday, January 22nd.
The annual settlement on the DEK-R form applies to companies employing more than 25 full-time equivalents but not meeting the 6% disability employment rate, as well as sheltered workshops and entities that lost their status in 2017 but still have a company disability rehabilitation fund.
Companies that achieve a 6% disability employment rate, as well as sheltered workshops, must submit the annual INF-2 information.
The same deadline also applies to submitting the monthly declaration for December to PFRON: DEK-IIa (sheltered workshop) or DEK-I-0 (employer making mandatory contributions to PFRON) and the INF-1 information (employers with a 6% disability ratio and sheltered workshops). Sheltered workshops should also submit the semi-annual INF-W information (for the period July to December 2017) to the voivode by January 22nd regarding their compliance with the requirements for this status. Furthermore, any unused funds must be paid into the PFRON account by this date.
