Fingrow Consulting Group is entering a consortium with Essyo. Bringing a marketing agency into our clients’ companies is a key aspect of recruiting employees with disabilities for the businesses we partner with. This way, we relieve employers of the obligation to contribute to the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON) and generate savings for their marketing activities.
Restructuring PFRON contributions is an important part of Fingrow Consulting Group’s operations. By bringing disabled employees into our clients’ companies, we help generate significant savings. We wrote more about this here. To optimize PFRON contributions, we have developed an innovative collaboration model that incorporates collaborative efforts between Fingrow, the client, and the marketing agency.
Essyo, an experienced company specializing in programming, systems, and marketing, has just joined our consortium. The agency’s primary responsibility is to supervise and delegate work to disabled employees. Importantly, marketing activities do not involve additional expenses – the client can cover all costs thanks to savings generated by optimizing PFRON contributions (up to several hundred thousand złoty annually). Disabled employees recruited for our clients will implement marketing activities under the supervision of Fingrow and Essyo.
For our clients, working with Essyo also means promoting their company, improving their website’s visibility in search engines, and expanding brand awareness among business partners. At the same time, the marketing agency helps entrepreneurs promote their company’s social policies. This allows us to offer a comprehensive service, including recruiting individuals with disabilities, eliminating mandatory PFRON contributions from businesses, and providing comprehensive marketing activities.
