By January 22, employers must send settlement documents to the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People (PFRON) for 2017.
Theoretically, the mandatory deadline for sending the settlement to PFRON and the competent voivode is January 20, but since this day falls on Saturday, the documents can be sent on Monday, January 22.
The annual DEK-R settlement applies to companies in which employment exceeds 25 FTEs, but do not reach the 6% disability rate, as well as protected enterprises and entities that lost their status in 2017, but still have a company fund for the rehabilitation of disabled people.
Enterprises with 6% the employment rate of disabled people, but also sheltered workshops must send the INF-2 annual information.
The same date applies to PFRON's monthly declaration for December: DEK-IIa (protected work establishment) or DEK-I-0 (employer making obligatory payments to PFRON) and information INF-1 (employers with a 6% index of disabled people and sheltered workshops). On 22 January, sheltered workshops should also send a half-yearly INF-W information to the voivode (for the period from July to December 2017) regarding the fulfillment of the conditions for having this status. Until that date, the unused amount of the funds allocated should also be paid into the PFRON account.
